ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY OF SYNTHETIC DERIVATES OF CONDENSED HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUNDS WITH PYRIDINE FRAGMENT

An experimental study of the level and range of antimicrobial activity was carried out among the synthetic derivates of condensed heterocyclic compounds with pyridine fragment. A hign antimicrobial activity of the studied compounds against gram-negative (Escherichia coli АЕСС 25922) and gram-positive (Staphylococcus аureus АТСС 25923, Bacillus anthracoides АТСС 1312) bacteria was proved. The experimental data have proven the perspectivity of the further research of the range and level of antimicrobial activity of the compounds chosen in the course of primary screening against the reference strains pathogens of infectious and purulent-inflammatory diseases.

FEATURES OF IMMUNE STATUS AT PATIENTS BY ACUITY CORONAL SYNDROME UNDER HERPESVIRUS PERSISTENCE

The immune status of the patients by ischemic heart diseases is characterized by deficiency of T-cells part of immune system, appearance of functionly incomplete T lymphocytes, and also some changes of humoral immune responses. The interrelation between a T-lymphopenia and fact herpesviral persistence for patients with various forms of IHD  is taped, that specifies formation of a set of secondary immunodeficiency symptoms, which can be regarded as result of long herpesviral persistence and exhibiting of a chronic intravascular inflammation, pathogenetical  linked with an atherosclerosis.

SYNTHESIS of THE TWO-DIMENSIONAL MEMBRANES
NANOSIZED ON the THIRD COORDINATE FROM BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE FRAGMENTS of F (ab `) 2 FITC And  THEIR BIOsensor  PROPERTIES RESEARCH

In the present work study a method of synthesis  is of 20  layer film from  anti-mice IgG sheep antibodies  F (ab `) 2 FITC 40 - 80 nm thick on the Pt electrode surface is proposed. At the potentials lower than - 0,250 V a  cationconductance channels are opened in the obtained membrane, at the  potentials   higher than 0,200 V anionconductance channels are being opened. In the range between -0,250  and 0,200 V the conductance of this membrane is  stochastic fluctuates. Stochastic fluctuations of  conductance of membrane and current through membrane are determined by the stochastic fluctuations of the number open of ion conductance channels. On the basis voltampere measurements it was shown that at the cathodic potentials  lower than -0,250 V it carries out a function of organic ionselectiv membrane for the mice blood serum antigens. Сl - 0,3 M + Na2НРО4 - 0,05 M  is a  bioelectrochemical sensor for added to the  electrolyte  solution mice blood serum antigens and allows selective registration of the former.

IMMUNOMODULATION ACTION OF LIPOPOLYSACCHARIDES FROM BACILLUS ALVEI

The results of study in vitro of influence lipopolysaccharides from Bacillus alvei on functional activity macrophages and their predecessors are submitted. The immunomodulating peculiarities of lipopolysaccharides from 3 strains of Bacillus alvei have been studied. The results of researches confirm prospect of use lipopolysaccaride from Bacillus alvei for immunomodulation.

The features of immunogenesis hormonal regulation at rats immunization on the background of experimental hypothyroidism induced by introduction 1-metil-2-merkaptoimidazol are studied. The dynamics of changes of blood whey thyroid hormones concentrations at hypothyroid rats in the course of formation of the postvaccinal humoral immune answer on ADT-anatoxin are described by empirical regression functions.

The influence of levamisole and its derivative on the cellular, on the phagocyte  link of immunity, on the leukocytes` migration faculty in the conditions in vitro has been studied. It has been revealed that the compounds are similar in action towards T- and B-lymphocytes, metabolic and phagocyte activity of leucocytes.  The difference is that the levamisole derivative is more efficient in stimulating the absorbent faculty of granulocytes, and levamisole  in stimulating migration activity of leucocytes.

Studying of influence of liquid means of hygiene of an oral cavity on change of structure of microflora is spent. The received results specify in necessity of the control from outside the stomatologist of preventive application of mouthwashes.

DIAGNOSTIC OF THE MIXT- INFECTIONS IN AMBULATORY PATIENTS WITH THE DISORDERS OF THE UROGENITAL TRACT

Diagnostic of mixt
-infections in the out-patients with the damage of the urogenital tract is presented in the study. It was established that at 21,8% of ambulatory patients investigated mixt- urogenital infection with a such dominated factor as a herpes simplex virus in a microbiotic assotiation. The increasing of the illness and infectiousness of ambulatory sick with the mono- and mixt herpesviral infection may to determine the seature of the biological property. For the increase of the overt favorable long- term treatment effect patients are needs in a complex clinico-laboratory examination.

SOME MECHANISMS OF FORMALIN DETOXICATION OF TETANUS TOXIN

A tetanus is widely enough widespread in many countries of the world. Unflagging interest to him is explained many reasons among which main is ever-higher lethality.  A vaccination is the unique effective method of warning of tetanus. A basic task is an increase of adjuvanticity of producible vaccines. Every stage of industrial receipt, cleaning and defusing of toxin is exposed to the improvement to that end. A large value has quality of nourishing environment and condition of cultivation.
