ІІІ degrees, the winner of the premium of Jaroslav Mudry in the field of
a science and technics (1996) and the award from Ukrainian President ІІІ
degrees, has noted been by world commonwealth - « the Person of
1999-2000 ».

FREQUENCY OF
EXTRA-ARTICULAR SYMPTOMS OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS IN RELATIONSHIP OF
PROGNOSIS OF DISEASE

Analysis of extraarticular symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in
relationship of prognosis of disease. Were examination 442 patients with
RA. Disease Activity Score was using for calculation of prognosis. Were
extracted 3 groups of pts: mild prognosis – 149 pts, moderate – 170 pts,
severe - 123 pts. Were demonstrated, that extra-articular symptoms
occur in the any prognosis. Frequency of the diffuse atrophy of
muscles, valvular defect, fibrosing alveolitis, Caplan’s syndrome,
nephritis, secondary amiloidosis, hepatomegaly, stroke, Sjögren's
syndrome and anemia (Hb<100g/l) were increased in the moderate and
severe prognosis. Frequency of the other extra-articular symptoms not
differ.

ADHESIVENESS OF
STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS AND CANDIDA ALBICANS WHICH ISOLATED FROM THE BIG
SALIVARY GLANDS BY INFLAMMATORY PROCESS AFTER OZONIZATION

Adhesive properties of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, which
isolated from the big salivary glands by chronic inflammatory process,
were investigated. Microorganisms from patients showed high and middle
power to react with the cells of man. IAM of 47% Staphylococcus was
found in limits from 4,05 to 5,85, and it was from 1,85 to 2,5 at 41% .
The adhesive properties of Candida were exceeded similar indexes of the
control group in 2 times. After ozonization cells of S.aureus reduced,
and cells of C.albicans increased potential

PROPERTIES OF STRAINS OF MICRORGANISMS CULTIVATED ON NUTRITIOUS
MEDIUM RESEIVED FROM INDUSTRY WASTE

In work the opportunity of use of waste of blood for reception of a
nutritious basis for microbiological nutrient mediums by acid hydrolysis
is shown. The estimation properties of the received nutrient mediums on
the basis of studying process of cultivation test-microorganisms in
comparison with standard nutrient mediums is given.

Changeability of Somatic Antigens OF C.
DIPHTHERIAE
Cell Wall under INFLUENCE of electron beam
Influence of electron beam on microbe cell was studied in this paper. As
objects there were used samples of microbe mass of Vaisenzee strain; 4
series of somatic diphtheria antigens obtained by means of EDTA
extraction from microbe mass irradiated and non- irradiated by electron
beam. It was proved, by parallel experiment, that electron beam is
capable to effect on yield and composition of somatic antigens (2,86 %
and 2,53 %), protein (8,2±0,6); level of minimal precipitating dose in
the direction of increase (from 28,0 to 62,0); function of toxin
production; toxicity of strains obtained.
