ULTRASOUND USE FOR MICROBIAL CELLS DECOMPOSITION
In Russian
The analysis of the data of the literature about ultrasound used in biology, medicine and industry is presented in the article. The aspects of the sound factor influence on bacteria is chosen. The application of the low and medium frequency acoustic waves for microbial cell decomposition with the purpose of getting of the different antigen complexes for vaccine preparation elaboration is described.

CLINIC AND EPIDEMIOLOGY OF THE SMALL FORM INFILTRATIVE PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS IN CHILDREN AND MODERN POSSIBILITIES OF DETERMINATION OF SPECIFIC ACTIVITY
In Ukrainian
The features of the limited form of ITL are studied by randomized controlled
clinical research among 12 children 13 – 14 years old (І group) and 43 persons 15 – 17 years old (ІІ group).  Tuberculosis in children and teenagers today appears mainly at an appeal for medical help, at different intensity of reactions for a sample Mantoux, and in 7,2 p.s. of a negative cases test. On the initial stages of disease 53,9 p.s. patients had disorganization of backlogs of adaptation toward an overactivation or stress (4:1), that it is necessary to take into account during the reception of prophylactic medical care. For the aims of differential diagnostics of infiltrate changes in lights it is expedient to apply the photohystochemical research of peripheral blood.

ROLE OF MOTHER'S MILK AS A FACTOR OF TRANSMISSION OF HERPESVIRUS  INFECTION FROM AN INFECTED MOTHER TO THE NEWBORN

In English
This article presents information which proves pathogenic way of HSV-infection transmission from seropositive puerperants to their newborns with diagnosed syndrome of intrauterine growth retardation. Authors discuss clinical and laboratory, morphological arguments which prove possible participation of breast milk cell pool in transportation and reproduction of HSV causative agent.

INFECTIONS AT THE INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF WOMANISH PRIVY PARTS

In Ukrainian
We conducted determination of exciters, transmissible sexual a way at such widespread gynecological diseases as salpingities, oofarities and erosion of neck of uterus. 293 patients, being on treatment in Center heals of woman of the South railway, are inspected. Determination of markers of exciters of disease was conducted through an ELISA analysis and MFA method. Findings testify to the high level of infected of patients, especially, in repressing majority cases took a place associated bacterial-viral infection. Pathological process, caused mixt-infection characterized more expressing conducted treatments a clinical picture and less efficiency.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL CYTOPATHOGENIC FOR CELL CULTURE McCoy AND L 929
In Ukrainian
It was described the biological material cytopathogenic determination for cell culture McCoy and L 929. The sensitiveness cell culture McCoy and L 929 is compared with inoculation of joint juice and infected yolk sac in the received results. The necessary subsequent cultural study for optimal inoculation conditions of the agent from the biological material is confirmed by the data.

CLINICAL AND MICROBIOLOGIC PARALLELS OF COURSES AND RESULTS OF UROGENITAL INFLAMMATORY PROCESSES OF BACTERIAL AND VIRUS ETIOLOGY IN WOMEN

In Russian
Chlamydial and herpes infection problem is very actual nowadays. Urogenital chlamydiosis is often accompanied by herpes simplex infection in clinical observation. Chlamydial and herpes mix infection makes the agents more adopted to the intracellular persistence and enhance the pathogenic abilities and resistance each of the agents to the influence of the antibacterial substances. This is very good observed in chronic cystitis, as an example, that accrue in women with chlamydial – herpes infection. Alas, the questions of diagnostic and treatment measures and specification of curse of disease are not solved properly.

ANALYSIS OF ANTIBIOTICRESISTENCE OF PATHOGENIC AND ESSE-PATHOGENIC MICROORGANISMS, WITHDRAWN FROM CHILDREN, PATIENTS WITH A ACUTE INTESTINAL INFECTION

In Ukrainian
In modern terms the problem of resistance of microorganisms acquired global value. Be the method of diffusion in agar with the use of disks was certain sensitiveness of 162 cultures of shigels, 237 cultures of salmonels and 161 culture esse-pathogenic microorganisms to aminoglikozids, phtorhinolons, cefalosporins, levomicetin, doxicilins and ampicillin. Most the indexes of sensitiveness were aminoglikozids on the second place. Most level resistance is discovered in relation to levomicetin, doxicilin and ampicillin. Universal to the antibiotic to which a high sensitiveness (>90%) would be sufficiently both pathogenic enterobacteria and cultures of EPM, in this research not it is found.

SYNTHESIS,PROPERTIES AND STABILITY TO AN AMYLASE OF Β-CYCLODEXTRIN ACYL DERIVATIVES

In Russian
Synthesis of
β-cyclodextrin acyl derivatives (succinylated, maleylated and aconitylated) was carried out, their molecular masses and charges were deter-mined, stability to an amylase action was studied. It was determined that reaction of aconitylation is not terminated completely: three alcohol hydroxyls in the struc-ture of cyclodextrin remain unsubstituted. Besides, just aconitylated derivative of p-cyclodextrin remains unstable to an amylase action and is destroying like non-acylated β-cyclodextrin. Succinylated and maleylated derivatives become stable to an amylase action, their molecular masses and charges coincide with calculated ones.

WIDE EPIDEMIOLOGICAL EDUCATIONAL OF UKRAINE PEOPLE - IMPORTANT FACTOR OF    BIOSAFETY STRENGTHENING

In Ukrainian
The problem of infectious threat of a civilization is recognized for today in the world priority alongside with economic, power safety and the international terrorism. Owing to natural laws and anthropogenic activity activation of many known and occurrence of new infectious diseases is now observed. Therefore epidemiological formation of the population has the important state value for achievement of a necessary level of biosafety of our country. Such epidemiological educational program should become obligatory for workers of the Ministry of Emergency Measures, power Ministries, municipal institutions all levels, the enterprises of transport, tourism, trade, pupils of schools, students and other categories of citizens. Basic knowledge in the field of epidemiology should be transformed at  personal level in epidemiologically correct behavior and at society level should be promote to localizations and liquidation of possible flashes of infectious diseases.
