Current project: "Acylated derivatives of proteins and polysaccharides from P. Aeruginosa antigens, development vaccines on its basis"

 

Main research area: 

1) Study of immune system dysfunction:

- analysis and study of the role of bacterial and viral associations in the etiology and pathogenesis of cancer diseases; and the ground of the tactics of the complex clinical-laboratory diagnosis and the treatment of the patients with cancer (antiviral drugs for cancer treatment);

- analysis and study of role of intracellular infectious agents (viruses, mycoplasmas, chlamydias and their associates) in dysfunction of immune system;

- study of phenomenon of intracellular infectious agents stealth persistence in immune system cells and its role in some chronic diseases etiology and pathogenesis

2) In area of preventive and medical drugs development:

- drug – design of antiviral, anticancer and immunopotentiating drugs based on neural-network technology and nonlinear logics soft;

- development of the new generation of  antimicrobial and antiviral vaccines with chemically modified antigens;

- development new generation of biotechnological drugs with prolonged action (chemically modified interleukins, interferons, specific immunoglobulins and supramolecular complexes);
